I have finally made it to the big times. My skateboarding has gotten me on a Lunchables box. Odd and weird all wrapped up into a prepackaged lunch box. Thats me in the top right. This is something I couldn't make up if I wanted to.

Diffusion Magazine is a a new publication that focuses on unconventional photographic techniques and processes. It is an amazing publication that showcases some of the most unique artists and their crafts. For more info on Diffusion look here.
The launch party for Diffusion is this friday night 7-17-09 and some really cool photos are going to be on display. The gallery Exhibition features Diffusion artists Zeb Andrews, Sika Stanton and Jeffrey Baker as well as other "unconventional" photography from other local photographers including Buzzy Sullivan, Brienne Stekly, Andrea Galluzzo, Blue Mitchell & the TTVPDX (Through the Viewfinder, Portland) traveling group show. If you are in Portland this weekend you should go check out the show. I am super honored to be a part of such an amazing line up of talented photographers, but I am 1100 miles from Portland so I won't be able to make it.
Oh and I almost forgot there will be a raffle for work of some of the featured artist. I donated a one of a kind polaroid emulsion lift that you could win. So go or else.

So i turned 30 today and that is kind of a milestone. I remember thinking thirty year olds were old, bald, pleated slack wearing, tucked in polo having, squares. Now I'm 30 and I don't feel a day over 20. I spent all day today hanging out and skating with 13 year olds @ camp, and giggling. Who gives a shit about a number.
This is a card that I got today from one of my all time favorite campers. Zaq Moul. Good stuff....
